The CCCC is the organization that put on the 2007 National Conference in Barrie, Ontario. They also publish a National Bulletin called "Fully Alive". You can access it at http://www.cursillo-canada.org/newsletter.htm. Watch for issue number 56 to be published. It has a lot of information about the National Conference that is well worth reading.
This month's sharing is from Rodney Bell:
I was at the School for Leaders this week, and the subject was prayer. Martin, at our table said that God spoke to him through other people. How true that is for me. I made my Cursillo because of my daughter. She phoned me one day from Ottawa and said that a friend had suggested that she should go to a Cursillo weekend. What did I think? I said I had heard of it, sounded OK and give it a try. So she went. She was so enthusiastic about it, she persuaded her husband, and me to go. Then Ana (my wife) went, then her elder sister, who flew in from Calgary to be on the weekend when her younger sister was on team.
For my sponsor, as I did not know many people in the movement in Hamilton, I asked Fr Steve Stinson. I had known him for 20 years from Marriage Encounter, and I knew he was involved. Not a bad idea I thought, but God had plans. As soon as I had completed my third day, I got a call from Fr Steve. Would I join the Secretariat? Who could say no to him, so here I am, a relatively new Cursillista, on the Secretariat.
The task allotted to me is Pre-Cursillo. I have recently talked to four Deanery meetings about Cursillo, with two more to go. I am also getting the paper work together to obtain a Charitable Number so the donors can get a tax receipt. It has been a busy but rewarding new experience. I am honoured to serve such a great movement in any way I can.
There is no witness talk this month.
Please send me (drmilne@sympatico.ca) any talks you think should be published so we can publish a witness talk every month. Please realize that I will have to use my judgment on whether or not a talk is published so it's possible that not every talk will get published.

October was a busy Cursillo month for me. Along with the usual Group Reunion and Ultreya meetings there were two firsts for me. I led a retreat for the Men's weekend team and I sponsored a candidate. I feel blessed to have been able to do these two things. They feel like sacred moments on my Cursillo journey. May God bless you with many sacred moments this month. DE COLORES.
